  • How do I apply for a personal loan?

  • Can I take out a loan for any Wellness Tree Therapy?

    Yes, however the maximum loan amount is £15,000 with a minimum deposit of 10%. If the cost of your chamber and equipment is higher than £15,000 a larger deposit will need to be paid.

  • What are the minimum and maximum loan amounts?

    The minimum loan amount available is £250. The maximum is £15,000. The minimum deposit required is 10%. If the cost of your chamber and equipment is higher than £15,000 a larger deposit will need to be paid.

  • Can I change the application amount?

    Once an application is made it is not possible to amend it. Please ensure the details are correct before submitting your application. If any details are incorrect, please ask your contact at Henshaw to cancel the application so a new one can be created/processed.

  • How long will the application take to complete?

    Applications usually take between 10 – 15 minutes to complete. If your application is referred it may take longer although Omni Capital will do their utmost to have your application completed as soon as possible.

  • How long does the decision process take?

    Completing the online application only takes a few minutes and there is no printing, scanning or physical forms – the whole process is completed online.

    Once you have completed your finance application and it has been submitted a decision is normally returned within minutes. You are taken through a simple online application form and you are guided clearly through the pre-contract explanation before digitally signing the application with an ‘eSignature’.

  • Can I get finance if I am not employed?

    Whilst you do need a source of income, you can apply for finance even if you don’t have employment.

  • When I apply for a loan will a credit check be carried out?

    As responsible lenders, Omni Capital will carry out credit checks on all applicants before agreeing to a credit agreement. This will be reflected on your credit file and will have no adverse effects.

  • Is there an age limit?

    Yes – credit is subject to status and applicants must be UK residents aged 18 years and over.

    Loan agreements need to be completed before the applicant reaches their 85th birthday. This means if you’re aged 83 you could take out a 12-month loan agreement but not a three year agreement, as the monthly repayments would conclude after your 85th birthday.

  • How do I view my loan application?

    Log into your OmniPort account using the e-mail address and password you provided when applying for your loan.  From the menu bar at the bottom of the banner, select ‘Your Loans’ to see loans your current loans, or select ‘Loan applications’ to see those that you have applied for.  In the status column can see what stage your loan is in.

    If you have already been approved for a loan, but in consultation with Henshaw you have submitted a request to amend one or more variables then your original loan application will be marked with a padlock icon.  You can view the amendments to your loan application by selecting the ‘Draft Loan Applications’ tab from within the Grey margin on the right of the screen. From your amended loan application click on ‘details’ on the right-hand side of the loan to review the full loan applications details you have applied for.  If you are content with these details press ‘Continue’ to recheck the details and approve the amended Direct Debit mandate, Credit Agreement and Pre Contract Information, before submitting the application to us.

    If we accept the new terms of your loan application, your loan will be marked as ‘Approved’ under the ‘signed loan application’ page and the original loan status will be amended to ‘Order Cancelled’ (and the padlock icon removed).  If the amended loan application falls outside of our credit policy, then the amended loan status will show as ‘Decline’ and the original loan will remain as approved (with the padlock icon removed).  In consultation with Henshaw, you can either proceed with your purchase on the originally agreed terms of the loan, you can cancel the loan application completely, or you can try and amend the application again (perhaps for a reduced amount or an increased deposit, etc).

  • What if I make an error on the application?

    You will need to start a new application with a new email address (as your application is linked to your email address). All applications stay in the Omni portal for compliance reasons and cannot be deleted.

  • When is the deposit due?

    You should pay your deposit once your loan application has been approved. Get in touch with your contact at The Wellness Tree to confirm when your deposit is due, the amount and how to pay.

  • How do I pay my deposit payment?

    A member of the team at The Wellness Tree Ltd will help you with paying your deposit once you have decided on your finance plan and your finance has been approved.

  • When will my Henshaw Chamber be dispatched?

    Once your finance has been approved and your deposit has been paid one of the Henshaw team will be in touch to arrange delivery and installation.

  • When will my first payment be?

    Once your account has gone ‘live’ with Omni Capital they’ll send you an email confirming the amount that will be paid and your first payment date. If you’d like your first payment date changed, you can contact Omni Capital either by emailing customerenquiries@ocrf.co.uk or calling 0333 240 8317.

  • How do I set up my direct debit?

    The easiest way to pay your monthly instalments (but not your deposit) is by Direct Debit. To set up your payment plan call Omni Capital on 0333 240 8317 and they’ll be happy to help you.

  • Can I pay by standing order?

    Yes, you can set this up with your bank to cover your monthly payments (but not your deposit). The bank details for Omni Capital are:
